How long does it take to process my order?
We typically process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm IST are processed the next business day.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship pan‑India to over 25,000+ pin codes.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. However, for special requests (e.g., gifting or bulk orders), please email us at freedomfitsapparel@outlook.com — we’ll be happy to explore what’s possible.
Is shipping free?
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
- Orders below ₹999: flat shipping charge of ₹69.
- COD orders carry an additional COD handling fee of ₹49.
Can I get my order faster?
Yes, we offer express delivery (1–3 days) for select pin codes at an extra cost, displayed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed for a different size of the same style and color, subject to stock.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
Which products cannot be returned or exchanged?
- Innerwear, swimwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or tampering
What are valid reasons for return?
- Wrong item shipped
- Defective or damaged product (supported by an unboxing video/photo)
- Size issue (exchange only)
Will you pick up my return?
Yes, we offer free reverse pickup from your address where available. If not, you can self‑ship, and we’ll share the return address.
Do I need to keep tags and packaging?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if products are in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Can I return a product after using it?
No. Products must be unworn and unwashed. Used or trial‑worn items are strictly non‑returnable.
Refunds
When will I get my refund?
After pickup and quality check at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
How do you refund?
- Prepaid orders: refund to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.)
- COD orders: refund via store credit or gift card
Do you refund shipping charges?
Original shipping and COD fees are non‑refundable.
What happens if the return doesn’t pass quality check?
If the returned item is found used, washed, or damaged (not reported earlier), we reserve the right to reject the return and send it back to you.
