We typically process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm IST are processed the next business day.

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Yes, we ship pan‑India to over 25,000+ pin codes.

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
  • Orders below ₹999: flat shipping charge of ₹69.
  • COD orders carry an additional COD handling fee of ₹49.

Yes, we offer express delivery (1–3 days) for select pin codes at an extra cost, displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from delivery.
  • Exchanges are allowed for a different size of the same style and color, subject to stock.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.

  • Innerwear, swimwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or tampering

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Defective or damaged product (supported by an unboxing video/photo)
  • Size issue (exchange only)

Yes, we offer free reverse pickup from your address where available. If not, you can self‑ship, and we’ll share the return address.

Yes. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if products are in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

No. Products must be unworn and unwashed. Used or trial‑worn items are strictly non‑returnable.

Refunds

After pickup and quality check at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid orders: refund to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.)
  • COD orders: refund via store credit or gift card

Original shipping and COD fees are non‑refundable.

If the returned item is found used, washed, or damaged (not reported earlier), we reserve the right to reject the return and send it back to you.
