Freedom Fits – Terms and Conditions

Important: These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Freedom Fits website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By visiting or purchasing from Freedom Fits (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
· Customer / You / User: Any person accessing the Platform and/or purchasing Products.
· Products: Apparel and accessories offered by Freedom Fits.
· Order Confirmation: Email/SMS/WhatsApp sent by us acknowledging your order.
· Working Day: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in India.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Freedom Fits website, mobile site, or related platforms (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law.
3. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
4. Product Information
We strive to display accurate product details, fabrics, colors, sizing, and pricing. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolutions, and availability.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept major digital payment methods, credit/debit cards, and UPI. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
In case of payment failure but account debit, the amount is typically auto‑reversed by your bank within 5–10 working days. Timelines may vary by bank; please contact your bank and our support if not received.
6. Order Placement & Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Users may cancel orders before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted as per our Return Policy. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
9. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment or as store credit, subject to inspection and approval.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, lockouts, governmental actions, power/internet outages, or logistics disruptions.
11. Care, Use & Wear
Follow the wash‑care instructions provided on the garment and product page. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.
12. Promotions & Coupons
Promotional offers, discount codes, and loyalty rewards are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion. Misuse, fraud, or violation of offer terms may result in cancellation of the order and/or deactivation of the account.
13. Use of the Platform
You agree not to engage in unlawful activities, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Platform’s functionality, or misuse any content or services.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, designs, text, and images, are the property of Freedom Fits. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without prior written permission.
15. User Content
If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for business purposes.
16. Privacy
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
17. Communications & DND/Consent
Usage of the Platform stands as consent to receive transactional and service communications. Marketing messages will be sent only with consent and can be opted out at any time. We comply with TRAI/DLT requirements for commercial communications where applicable.
18. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Products/Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
20. Warranty Disclaimer
The Platform and Products are provided on an “as is” basis. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Fits, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
22. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
24. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

26. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
